Refund and Returns Policy

At Popular Snacks Bazar, a unit of LEELA VIJAYADURGA FOODS, we take pride in delivering fresh, hygienically prepared, and high-quality traditional snacks, millet products, vegetable chips, and frozen fruits. Since many of our products are food items and may be perishable in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during shipping.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • The product is spoiled or unfit for consumption upon delivery.

How to Request a Refund

If you face any of the above issues:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.
  2. Share clear photos of:
    • The damaged or incorrect product
    • The outer packaging
    • The invoice/order details
  3. Our team will review the request and verify the issue.

Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
